The days in Siena were a captivating experience that immersed me in the rich architectural tapestry of this historic Italian city. Siena's architecture is a testament to its medieval heritage, with the Piazza del Campo standing as a focal point of both civic life and architectural splendor. The renowned Torre del Mangia, towering over the square, could offer views to any direction. Wandering through the narrow, winding streets, I marveled at the well-preserved medieval buildings adorned with intricate details,  to the enchanting archways of the Siena Cathedral. The cathedral itself, a masterpiece of Italian Gothic architecture, left an indelible impression with its striped marble exterior and ornate interior filled with masterpieces by artists like Donatello and Pisano, the light hovered over the darkness as a rain of fog to a mysterious space. Siena's architecture served as a living history book, allowing me to step back in time and appreciate the craftsmanship and artistic expression that define this enchanting city.
